Fujifilm Instax Mini 41 Instant Camera

The Fujifilm Instax Mini 41 is a stylish analogue instant camera combining a classic camera-inspired design with simple point-and-shoot operation. Designed for Fujifilm Instax Mini instant film, it produces credit-card-sized physical photographs that develop in approximately 90 seconds.

The Mini 41 automatically adjusts the shutter speed and flash output according to the available light, helping produce balanced photographs indoors and outdoors without complicated settings. Its dedicated Close-Up Mode is ideal for subjects between approximately 30–50cm and includes parallax correction to improve framing at close distances.

A built-in selfie mirror makes self-portraits easier, while the compact design, automatic exposure and straightforward controls make the Instax Mini 41 ideal for parties, weddings, holidays, portraits, travel and everyday instant photography.

Questions about this product

Why Choose the Fujifilm Instax Mini 41?

Choose the Instax Mini 41 if you want a stylish instant camera that combines traditional camera looks with extremely simple operation. Its automatic light adjustment is one of its biggest advantages. The camera detects the available light and automatically controls the shutter speed and flash output, so you can concentrate on composing the photograph rather than changing technical settings. The dedicated Close-Up Mode also makes the Mini 41 particularly useful for selfies, portraits, food photography and smaller subjects. Parallax correction helps improve framing when photographing at close distances. It is also an excellent social camera. Instead of leaving every photograph on a phone, the Mini 41 gives you a real physical print within minutes that can be shared, displayed, placed in an album or given directly to someone.

Shooting Tips

Use Close-Up Mode at 30–50cm. This setting is designed specifically for selfies and nearby subjects. Use the selfie mirror. Check your position before pressing the shutter when taking self-portraits. Let the camera control exposure. The Mini 41 automatically adjusts shutter speed and flash output according to the lighting. Do not cover the flash or light sensors. Keep your fingers away from the front of the camera when holding it. Avoid standing extremely close in normal mode. Switch to Close-Up Mode when photographing nearby subjects. Keep flash subjects within a sensible distance. The built-in flash is most effective on people and objects relatively close to the camera. Use simple backgrounds. Because Instax Mini images are compact, uncluttered backgrounds help your subject stand out. Keep the camera steady. Hold it firmly, especially when photographing in lower light. Do not shake the photograph. Instax film develops automatically and does not need shaking. Allow around 90 seconds for development. Development time can vary slightly depending on temperature. Do not open the film door halfway through a pack. Doing so can expose and damage the remaining film. Store spare Instax Mini film cool and dry. Keep unopened packs away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Carry spare AA batteries when travelling. The camera uses two AA alkaline batteries. Remember every shot becomes a real print. Take a moment to check your framing before pressing the shutter.
